Modrotisk, or blue-dyeing, is a 17th century fabric printing technique that has appeared on UNESCO's <em>List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity<\/em> since 2018. A dye-resistant paste is applied to a white cloth to form the desired pattern. The dye-resistant paste prevents the indigo dye from penetrating the design during the cold water dying process.<\/p>\r\n","fav":"0","fav_l":"0","don":"Embassy of the Czech Republic","d_y":2020,"d_m":10,"d_d":21,"d_s":-1}
